      Worked with very local clients in all sizes. Quick turnaround times were expected.

      Cons

      Very unorganized in the management of project tickets. Bias in quoting based on the client company's size, especially when outsourcing the printing.

      Work load is manageable to low. Co-workers are great. Boss is down to earth and understanding. Very flexible with time off at my franchise.

      Cons

      Pay is far too low with little benefits.
