The lower positions have very good, very hard working people.

Parking lot is horrible multiple people have been victim of hit and runs.
Turnover rate is at neck breaking speeds
Overcrowded, messy, unorganized work space

Owner is moody, plays favorites, unclear and poor communication skills, and contradicts herself in every other sentence,.
