Dont Join the company, it will be a terrible experience. 3 Years of bond and after that strict 3 months of notice period. At the time of joining certificates, blank check and need to sign the bond. Fake experience deployment at client place with full pressure and no one to support, they will send with 5 years of experience for their profit. Management is nothing only thinking of their profit. Releasing and getting all the documents at the time of releasing is very tough. If you can please wait and join another company, have a little patience but dont join signiwis.
