When I joined Signity 3.5 years ago as a Backend Developer, I didn’t realize how much the right environment can shape your journey. Starting with Node.js, I was given the support and opportunities to explore new areas like PostgreSQL, AI/ML, prompt engineering, and many more. Working on the Smaki project and getting the opportunity to visit Germany was a big milestone for me—something that truly reflected the trust and exposure Signity provides to its team. What stands out the most is the culture. The team is always supportive, the management is approachable, and every festival is celebrated together, making it feel like more than just a workplace.
