Pros

Pay, culture, benefits, remote, easy to do, suprisingly get a lot of time off of the phones, overtime sometimes available, not a lot of micromanaging

Cons

Competitive, customers verbally abuse you, you’re may have a great team+manager or a crappy one, new QA system was making things suck, sometimes the leads are bad and you have bad days weeks making little commission

The job is flexible, easy, and decent pay when patients answer

Cons

Not guaranteed hours- so if patient does not answer or do the visit you do not get paid.
