      -Many job opportunities internally so lots of avenues for career growth -Great colleagues to work with -Company is making a concerted effort in connected lighting -Exciting time with a new CEO coming in -Compensation is competitive -a lot of focus on inclusion -Decent work/life balance. Managers are very accommodating to personal situations -Flexibility

      Cons

      -Inconsistent bonuses -Improve sales accountability. Many salespeople will miss commitments and there isn’t any consequence to performance -Benefits aren’t the best, just ok

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Cons

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
