      1. Consumer business is very different with connected and not connected lighting products 2. Work-life balance is overall good

      Cons

      1. No clear career path 2. Hierarchy is too flat, no easy promotions 3. Upper management can be border-line abusive or without care for the personal side of people 4. Overall bad culture of gossipping

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Cons

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
