      The company lose money because of management and sales problems, salary increase 1% Hiring is frozen for 2 years, and most of the best developers have already left the company, they hire now only in India and try to move development there Management makes a lot of controversial decisions

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Cons

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
