      the pay is relatively high

      many people are there not doing much because they know company cannot fire them. people want to keep the status quo and take 0 risk because they get paid every month anyways

      My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

      Cons

      Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
