      Well-known products for sale and good quality

      Cons

      I left the company as there are many issues around benefits and compensation. Bonus structure looks good on paper but they always find a way not to pay you out. Management is not open to suggestions on how to improve the company's position in the market

      My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

      Cons

      Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
