      Standard Salary. Good on Ethics. Decent Growth Opportunities.

      Cons

      Overall standards show a downward trend with more hiring in India. Almost not possible to beat the standard experience to salary and position settings. Do not expect promotions unless experience criteria is met; irrespective of performance.

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Cons

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
