      Pros

      Most of the people are great, even if they don't do their job all the time. You can get away with not doing your job and when they let you go they give you a nice severance.

      Cons

      Accountability. Traditional processes. Change is slow. "Customer first" is only in relation to their marketing messages, not the actual product and its performance. Lack of skill set utilization. Values, long term goals and mission contradicts most actions.

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Cons

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
