      As Philips, it seemed as if we were appreciated, had opportunities and a future!

      Since becoming Signify, constant layoffs and restructuring which is a sign of poor management.

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Cons

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
