The only thing I can really say thats a downfall is that with the company as big as it is, you dont always know who to get ahold of and when if theres an issue or question.

Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
