      Cons

      No fixed working hours (you'll have to work wayyy more than 40 hours a week), no personal/professional growth path, no respect for personal space, too much politics

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Cons

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
