No clear vision. Sales are not growing. Lay offs and workload just shifts to whomever stays. Leaders manage by intimidation. Outside hires fail because it must be done the Signify way. Open work environment makes for focusing hard therefore everyone sits with earbuds in. Company loves to have meetings about a meeting and no work gets done.
