      The major pros for people joining philips is it's name and policies but they are now gone as it's become signify

      I have recently join this company but in two I have to work 12 hours in a day and there are expection from that I should come on Saturday and Sunday. Ohh god I am working like a animal in this company. Guys from my personal experience don't join the company especially r&d

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Cons

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
