      -Benefits are industry Standard - Many Tools available to work -Global Exposure -Clean Office environment -Christmas Lunch -Allowed to wear casuals

      Cons

      -No leadership -Big turnover of people, most of the talented people left because of Racism in Canada Market- No one cares -No direction -No training -No actions on managers who are incompetent -Impartial behaviors from managers(Especially in Supply Chain department) -Promotes favoritism -Too many tools - No good salary -Extended working hours -No work Life balance -No opportunity to grow within the company -Very Bad employee Rating numbers -No Bonus -Discrimination in salary

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Cons

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
