In my team there is not a clear target with a structured plan, seems like to "live the day", i would prefer a stricter approach to the agile methodologies the we currently (should) use.

Cons
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
