Pros
- Fair compensation - though targets are becoming increasingly difficult to achieve - decent perks, but no different to many other tech companies out there
Cons
- limited career progression opportunities - toxic micro management style from the boardroom down - no alignment between BDR / CSM / Field Sales - most teams do their own thing - Marketing struggle to convert MQL 's to SQL's the process needs re-thinking, even the seasoned execs in the company are confirming this - yet they are not heard.
