      Pros

      good salary and benefits work life balance great autonomy - can work from home or anywhere in Australia

      Cons

      as now part of SAP - processes have become more tedious (SAP is a bureaucratic company with lots of useless layers of management) product team is very disorganized and failed to listen to customers feedback for product improvement CSM is a function that is not valued enough and not enablement as it should within the organization

      During COVID-19, company execs have rallied! Cutting where they can to keep every employee possible. Consistent communication. Business continues. We are part of a very special company.

      Remote-first environment. Minimal useless team meetings.

      Worst environment I've ever worked in. Management allows sales to throw everyone under the bus. Invisible chain of command (no open door policy) past immediate mgr.
