      Pros

      The professional services team is a great place to work, good pay and benefits, good flexibility, reasonable managers.

      Cons

      The company sometimes seems to overemphasize their Process Intelligence solution, which is (in my opinion) not their strongest product (in fact, the weakest).

      During COVID-19, company execs have rallied! Cutting where they can to keep every employee possible. Consistent communication. Business continues. We are part of a very special company.

      Remote-first environment. Minimal useless team meetings.

      Cons

      Worst environment I've ever worked in. Management allows sales to throw everyone under the bus. Invisible chain of command (no open door policy) past immediate mgr.
