      Sales expertise and agility is needed! No place to hide. Being a positive and active contributor (if you are in sales) is a must. A strong work ethic is highly appreciated by the team. Totally focussed on customer value and value based propositions are at the core. Bring your best self to this team if you want to develop professionally and you will love it.

      Cons

      Not for the feint hearted. Not for those who like making excuses or for those who want to find someone else to blame. Do not apply if ownership and accountability are not core to your MO.

      During COVID-19, company execs have rallied! Cutting where they can to keep every employee possible. Consistent communication. Business continues. We are part of a very special company.

      Remote-first environment. Minimal useless team meetings.

      Worst environment I've ever worked in. Management allows sales to throw everyone under the bus. Invisible chain of command (no open door policy) past immediate mgr.
