Great - Property Manager Signature Property Management Group Employee Review

Some friendly co-workers that are helpful - not many.

Underpaid drastically - upper management wants the admin to do the work of the property mgr AND admin. VERY LITTLE TO NO TRAINING!!!!! Most everyone has no time to answer your questions for help - it's definitely a "sink or swim" environment". I have 15 years experience in property management and it is by far the worst company to work for. The glorified "receptionist" whose title is "office administrator" is very young, rude to customers and offers no help when you have a question on something she is in charge of. If you do it wrong - she yells at you and throws it in your face - literally. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN SANITY.

There are no pros only negative.

They do not properly train you at all. The female owner pulled my hair because I moved my head to quickly and it hit her arm as she was standing over me. I was out with EMERGENCY SURGERY and some employees were concerned but upper Management kept saying when are you come back. Like I had planned this. I was still admitted in the hospital. It was a very depressing place to work at. The atmosphere was hostile.
