Pros
SIGNAUTRE is a place where we continuously rise up, picking up tasks that others aren't willing to face or can't feasibly step up to. The culture is fast paced and never the same - It simulates us to change and face new challenges head on, recognizing those challenges pushes us to grow more as a company and grow individually. They have several self improvement programs available for employees to access, activities/programs stimulated through SIGNATURE to participate in, and benefits most jobs cannot offer. The people here are AMAZING! We pride ourselves in the fact we are different and strive to live the SIGNATURE core values: Courage, Passion, Integrity, and Respect. I have moved between different departments experiencing different areas that the company has to offer and also was recently promoted. If you are wiling to do the hard things and take pride in your work - SIGNATURE is the place for you.
Cons
We have awesome benefits but they are expensive. They add however additional funds to every paycheck to help compensate for the expense. We are contracted at a certain rates, so we don't get work based raises, but they do give us a raise annually (they also have work based incentives in place of work based raises). It is a growing company and to keep all of our values in places (upheld) during the growth can be challenging, as new faces are coming in and out regularly. However, the original leaders and original SIGNATURE staff fight daily to continue that mission. We need more people willing to stand up for what's right and do the hard things...and that's difficult to find now a days. We need more people that are willing to rise up and do the impossible.
