The money, and some of the managers are really great people.
Cons
the cook is crazy 5 people quit before me and two after, if she doesn't like you everyone will try to run you out it's like highschool if you aren't in the clique you aren't going to make it... no benefits, bonuses, or raises. some people have been there 3 or more years and never got a single one.
