Pros
The company had a great theory. The grew to fast without doing the research in the markets they are buying. Pros a Chaplin in the buildings to bad it's only a selling point. No a true picture of the company anymore.
Cons
Sadly with no consultant support, no guidance besides Monday calls of belittling, quarterly meetings with the vice-president of operations giving lip service. They never gave ideas for helping. Good luck if you call out to them, you might get a call back in a few weeks.
