Hired for a position that was not in existence. I gave up my job to accept the job offer for restorative nurse manager only to be told that in a few months I would have to reapply and interview for a position that I had already been hired to do. No one told me this until after I started working there. I never went into the therapy department for which I was hired. I stayed with the nursing dept and never had a role. I went to work for 3 weeks never knowing what I would be doing that day. If someone called in which they were short staffed everyday, they would put me on the cart to pass medications which was not safe as I had not been trained. I finally resigned after no resolution was reached for a specific position for me. It was a horrible experience that left me with no job.
