      Pros

      You learn a new trade and sometimes have freedom. Paid twice a month with plenty of hours...

      Cons

      Management will yell, curse , and abuse you verbally. Pit you into hazardous work environments on a daily basis and not just environments but on old faulty equipment knowing , and not giving proper training.

      Pros

      The hours are solid and consistent. Loved working with the small Press team and learned a lot about printing processes.

      Cons

      Hours are long (12-hr shifts), and sometimes management doesn't seem to listen or care.

      I had my own office

      Cons

      Mike Ware (accounting) and the former HR person Barret Waggoner were highly toxic. Barret Waggoner was a huge gossip who reported everything to Mike Ware. Anything you say to HR isn't safe. They fired me after I filed a worker's comp claim. A lawyer was willing to take me on as a client, but I got scared. Wish I had moved forward with it.
