Denisha is a great leader and promotes her teams efforts and success. BCBAs and senior RBTs are super helpful for first time technicians and if you're new to ABA. They guide you through the process, help you understand programs and model it for you before you jumping in. They are flexible in your scheduling needs and matching you with clients. There are team building events, and everyone gets along well. The company is black owned, so it's empowering for clients and families of the community to see themselves represented in the company and acknowledged for their cultural identities.

Your in-home client might be a bit farther than expected, and reimbursement for mileage depends on your schedule.

New staff members are provided in depth training before beginning to work with a client. Signature staff meet monthly in-person for training and weekly for video conference check-ins. The agency was created and is run by a BCBA, which MANY ABA agencies are not. Staff are supported with client supervision weekly. Caseload teams are used to prevent staff burnout. Staff are encouraged to give constructive feedback to better the agency as a whole. Denisha (owner) is considerate of cultural differences, schedule needs, and values each staff member's strengths and deficits.

In-home ABA therapy can feel isolating (regardless of the agency you are with), but Denisha and other upper level staff are always available for assistance by phone and email.
