Pros

(1) Very supportive, talented, and friendly engineers to learn from. Particular strengths in digital and analog electronics. (2) Given challenging projects that were important to the company (3) Freedom to design and build without excessive oversight (4) Smaller company, so interns get to know everyone (5) Overall, a really great experience

Cons

No significant cons with the company. Lebanon, NH. is quieter than working in a city.

Pros

Awesome place to work. Got to work on very interesting and complex engineering projects as an intern. And I was given a tremendous amount of trust, responsibility, and autonomy in deciding how to complete the project. The CEO is adventurous and willing to take risks, which makes it a fun place to work.

Cons

If you're happy being at a relatively small engineering firm that's not in a major city, I can't think of many cons.

Pros

Interning at SignalQuest was incredible because you get to work with all sides of a business and see how a business functions on a fundamental level. The people working there are friendly and extremely helpful. If I wanted to learn a different part of the business they would make sure to incorporate it into my day so I could try every part of the business out.

Cons

The only con is the location, there is nothing near Lebanon, NH for a college aged person to do. But other than that, it is a great place to work.
