      Ability to work remotely (for some).

      Cons

      High churn Lay offs No training at all Constant change (targeting different types of accounts each month, so you’re unable to build an effective pipeline) Higher ups will not listen to feedback. Quotas are unattainable Shady selling practices Bad commission pay structure No communication You need a doctors note if you’re sick on a Monday or Friday…..
