Pros

- If you are looking for an opportunity that will allow you to build large amounts of experience in a very short period of time, this would be a good company to work at. - The small group of people working there have shown some great amount of dedication to what they are building. - The company is definitely finding success. They should be growing soon which may hash out the Hiring for Job A and then you are doing Job B instead Problem(refer to cons)

Cons

- The Company is still is start-up mode: 14 or 15 people work there - therefor I had spoken to other employees who were hired for a Job and they now do 4 different jobs, none of which is the job they were hired for. - They hired me as a QA Software Tester, one month in, I was purely Tech Support(making/taking phone calls to fix client issues) I was told I would be doing Tech Support on the side(they ball parked 20% of my time) - the last 4 weeks I worked there, I was spending 100% of my time doing it. - I caught the CEO giving someone in another office the middle finger. Not sure if it was a joke, as a few of the people working there are close friends. Still, probably not a great idea to do in a workplace as the leader of the company. - Had a few bad interactions with people while working there(verbal).
