Flexibility in schedule but you will not be allowed to work from home, even if management does. Smaller company that includes more responsibilities

No real HR department Vulgar language and jokes are the norm No Structure "Exceptions" are constantly made but never for the team No Growth or training Upper Management is "set" and will not change Everyone else is expendable Below average pay Salary is reserved only for management but no free overtime Sales rules all-whatever they say, goes No accountability between departments (one blames the others for mistakes or delays) Favoritism and nepotism are largely present If you are looking for a position that will not grow you nor advance your career then this is the place for you. If you are not willing to play "office politics" this is not the place for you. You will not last. However, if you like drinking on the clock and no cost of living raises because of office happy hours and birthday lunches this is where you want to be.
