Pros

SignUp4 offers an environment that promotes a work-hard-play-hard mentality with work/life balance remaining as a top priority. Achievements are recognized and success is rewarded. The environment provides the opportunity to make a name for yourself, build your resume and make a great living in the process.

Cons

A few frustrations that are shared by most small-to-medium sized companies - in-office politics, limited resources, etc. - are sometimes present but that's expected. You'll have that everywhere. The good certainly outweighs the bad.

Pros

SignUp4 has been a great work environment. You are constantly given the opportunities for growth. I've been here a few years and I've seen personally the way that management consistently rewards hard work with increasing responsibilities and promotions. It is a workplace that really demonstrates that you get what you give. Management really trusts their employees and this gives us the opportunity live up to that trust. The agile nature of the business also provides an incredible variety of tasks that keeps me interested in all of the different things I'm doing, and also allows me to work with people in all departments. The work-life balance has been fantastic. Management realizes that everyone has a life outside, and also that if you do work all the time you will get burned out. Paid time off is great, and compensation has been competitive.

Cons

It is a small company, and if you are not delivering or fulfilling your duties it will be clearly visible. You really need a strong work ethic to thrive. Also, because it is a small company, many roles must be comfortable with working with and getting along with a wide variety of people in many different departments. If you are not able to work with different personality types, this could be difficult.
