      Can’t think of any pros

      Cons

      Management is cliquey and hand picks their favorites for advancement or special projects. Unrealistic expectations for orders entered in a day. Numbers can only be achieved if you have a specific account assigned to you. Pay is a joke as are the “ core values” they claim to due business by. First sign of a slow down and they lay off 100 people

      Too many to mention but everything you'd want from an employer/

      Cons

      The only cons are the ones that low-performing employees create for themselves, and thankfully they are easily weeded out among the incredible team of individuals at Sign Zone.
