      Pros

      SwipedOn is a great company with an open and pragmatic approach to business. The company is always considering how to best grow, do business but also stick to their values. Our CEO is a super approachable and understanding person. Always willing to hear you out and offer feedback. There's a lot of opportunities to learn, fail and win at SwipedOn.

      Cons

      As we're growing, often we have to dig in and do go the extra mile. What I'm saying is this isn't a con, but if you're looking for a role that's exactly as it is on paper then it's likely you won't find it here. What you will find is a challenging workplace which asks it's employees to be flexible and move fast when needed.

      Pros

      Amazing team of smart, supportive people who truly care about the work and each other. Leadership is solid and approachable, creating an environment where ideas are heard and good work gets recognized. It’s been great to see so many people here grow and advance in their careers. The product is genuinely strong and something to be proud of. Overall, it’s a place where you feel valued and know the work you do makes an impact.

      Co workers. AI tools. Best in class

      Cons

      Literally everything else No career growth No educational opportunities. They brag about “campus” but that IT product training. Incredibly toxic Constant change, which is sometimes good. Inside politics Conservative company Tight with money. will invest in some technology, but not people Marketing Team as big as the sales team with very little results to show Poor implementation Poor support Crappy culture Poor communication Bad alignment Siloed departments
