Flexibility, in theory, you can come and go as you please and they are good to employees if you have issues outside of the office. Accounting transparency.
Cons
Limited to no training, unfair competition to get work through production, arbitrary account assignment, no opportunity for advancement, negative and hostile atmosphere. Poor ownership.
