Pay is just ok, not very satisfied Better to gain OSS knowledge technology wise learning and work is limited, as the company is product based and most of the time we end up with lot and lot of configuration of the xml files. Learning point of view, has a stagnation point if you stuck with the product Managers are ok Good onsite opportunity, but politics comes into picture here
Cons
Need to provide better lunch as finding worms in it becoming common. HR guys are not very active and not much supportive
