      - Interesting projects - A lot of opportunities for personal growth - Ability to work remotely - Regular performance reviews - Company openness to the feedback

      Cons

      - Possible overtime due to managing 2-3 projects in parallel (but this is common for PMs in the IT industry) - Benefits can be better (no referral bonus, no sports and no events/certificates)
