      - They will be providing Food,Transport. - work done here is very good i.e you will be working on your core job. - They will teach us what presently used in industry

      Cons

      - The management doesn't take care of employee - They wont be paying salaries are given time like they will be paying 10th of every month. - People are uneducated don't know how to behave when crowd is there.
