      Pros

      -If you are a Tamilian you will touch the sky -Good increments only at the time you resign -You will Learn how to fool clients -Flexible timings(so that they can make you work more than official working hours) -You will learn politics apart from work

      Cons

      -Less increments -Too much politics -No incentives -Worst appreciation policies ever seen which is totally biased -No personal life while working -HR's : why even they required as they cant help employees in any situation -Hire peoples who do not even know how to communicate with colleagues -No project planning List is too long but dont have enough time

      Thanks for the feedback. We do work on every feedback as we value employees’ feedback and would address them based on the feasibility. We do have technical and functional heads who have rich experience in their respective areas and are supporting the success of the organization. We have a diverse team and a regular and formal feedback and increment process based on objective performance appraisals.

      Sigma can be an exciting and engaging place to work, given that you are willing and pushing the limits. Some of the functional and technical areas that I worked for were cutting edge and if you have the right skills and commitment; the sky is the limit! . In Short sigma is one of the best company in india
