-You get plenty of exposure working as a manager, when you are a fresh graduate. -Targets mandated by senior management are unachievable with honest means. -Some seniors are waiting for their retirement, hence zero support on the said targets, they can literally run away during a meeting so their AE takes all the flak. -Juniors are expected to carry the whole team when senior's management philosophy shifts away, if not neglecting their young employee.
