The efforts to move into networking products have been faltering. The CEO is a good man but the rest of the company doesn't seem to follow very well. Once directors and VPs are established they either intentionally or unintentionally exert force that does not help the overall unity or advancement of the company. This is seen many times in many companies. While there might have been visions, bad economy diminished the chances of them being realized.
