Pros
Working with very talented engineers, good benefits, some good people to learn from.
Cons
Management is often short sighted. Doesnt know how to say no, end up overloading company with too many projects many of which lead to insufficient, if not non-existent revenue. (Example: 1 engineer PM'd 1 contract for 6 months that produced 6 systems and took in 100K in revenue.) While some people were very good and talented, many were kept around due to sheer fact by having been there for a long time without producing any good results. Lots of favoritism. Can sometimes be a 'good old boys' club.
