2yThank you for taking the time to write this feedback and we agree! Coming to the office, meeting your colleagues, being able to ideate and collaborate together- that's something we are very proud of - and a huge reason for our continued growth!
We also know another reason for our success is the ability to move fast and remain nimble, and we understand that this is not for everyone but we are keen to ensure that people are clear about our approach - upfront.
It's true that we always strive to be the best in everything that we do and that we move fast and make fast decisions.We expect everyone that works at Sigma to be accountable for their goals (everyone from the interns to the leadership team) and we hold everyone, including ourselves, to a very high ownership and performance bar. And that may not be for everyone.
