      Pros

      The company is led by a fantastic group of founders that genuinely care about their employees. I never feel like I have to compromise my work/life balance to make. This job allows me to pursue my ambitious career goals in a supportive environment and positive work culture. Despite the high level talent, there are no egos on the team and everyone is hungry to keep learning more. Cannot say enough good things about the company.

      Cons

      Wish there were more in-person meetings with teammates. Really don't have any complaints.
