Pros
Remote setting, that's about it.
Cons
Extremely unstable company. Constant changes to staffing without regard to client's needs. Sales department will sell unrealistic contracts just to get clients in the door, which essentially sets the departments up to fail. CEO and senior leadership will look you right in the face, tell you how well you are doing and how much of an asset you are on one day, and literally lay you off the next. CEO seems to be more concerned with her public persona than the health of the company. Pay is low, HR is mainly handled by offshore resources, they make US employees "regularize" time, which means they will not pay for any time worked over 8 hours for an hourly employee - there isn't even a grace period in effect. Clock out at exactly 8 hours or you won't get paid for the rest. Lower pay than the national standard, low 401k match, 10 hours of PTO per month - regardless of position.
