• There is virtually zero non-Sightly experience in the leadership/management organization • Most if not all hires at the leadership level with experience leave within six months due to the political/immature leadership culture • The culture of political land grabbing is toxic • The bureaucratic organizations (especially HR) are everything you hate with Corporate America • Individuals have to constantly CYA, so trust within the company is nonexistent • Critical feedback can lead to termination or worse
