      Some of the people are good at what they do.

      Cons

      Very long hours and disorganization. Leadership is not transparent in key decisions. Teams are disconnected.

      Pros

      Leadership are smart, driven and wonderful people. The team is dedicated and hardworking, but down to earth and kind. The platform has unlimited capabilities and room for growth. Pay is fair and remote work is helpful. While we occasionally work some long hours, leadership and coworkers value time away and personal time for yourself and worth friends/family/etc.

      Cons

      Some startup growing pains, but that is to be expected. That, and they are well-managed.
